Sounds of London

If travelling wasn’t such a hassle these days I would certainly visit London right now. London being one of my favorite European capitals (even after the brexit).

So with great delight I stumbled upon this site that captures in sounds this amazing city. Might not be exactly a substitute for the actual visiting, but it is a nice and very creative way of getting to know London. Which brings me to an old idea of mine: “Descovering a place by the sounds that inhabit it allows you to have a more profound understading of the actual space.”

Oh and the guy in the pic is Ian Rawes the founder of the site.
